Yes I am, for the fourth time. I tested back in Feb. Out of a maximum 400 points the test count for 200 points. Evaluations, time in service, time in grade, and decorations make up the other possible 200 points. The thing is every Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) doesn't have the same probability for promotion. The hard to fill AFSCs get a slight edge, their cut off is usually lower. Well I guess if I don't make it this year there is always next year (sigh)
